VANCOUVER, Sept. 3 /CNW/ - Roca Mines Inc. (TSX-V: ROK) ("the Company") announces the following update on its MAX Molybdenum Mine temporary shutdown.

The British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources has now rescinded the Stop Work order and the mine will immediately commence production mining and development. It will take up to two shifts before milling operations re-start, currently planned for Saturday, September 4, 2010.
